KiuKiu (pronounced "QQ") is a Taiwanese term for that irresistibly chewy, delightfully bouncy texture - the kind you find in mochi.
From growing up in Taiwan to living in California, I’ve always dreamed of sharing my family recipes with the world. After countless hours in the test kitchen and hundreds of taste testers, I’m so excited to bring you the perfect pancake: made with premium Californian rice flour and inspired by bold Asian flavors.
