Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50, and a $4.99 flat rate for smaller orders.

Most orders ship within 1 business day with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Right now, we’re in pre-order mode — your KiuKiu mixes will start shipping from August 27, 2025.

Once on the way, your order should arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on where you live.

We want your order to reach you safely. Once it’s in the hands of the carrier, we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure before checking out.
